About EAA 59
Based at the McGregor Executive Airport near Waco, TX, EAA Chapter 59 is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has spent more than 60 years promoting and educating the community in all things aviation. EAA Chapter 59 is a local-affiliate chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association in Oshkosh, WI.
Our chapter offers educational opportunities for aviation enthusiasts. Our chapter members have built and flown more than 40 aircraft. We provide aviation scholarship opportunities for aspiring aviators. In addition we offer a youth aviation summer camp to develop our next generation of aviators. Our organization frequently organizes weekend fly-outs for those who are looking for excuses to fly.
Whether you are a veteran pilot or a non-pilot who simply enjoys aviation, our chapter works to promote general aviation and develop those who have a passion for flight.
